Come, O long-expected Jesus! Excite in us the joy and love which came to the manger. Bring us fresh to Christmas, O Lord. lead us in child-like wonder to the Christ Child. Kindle in us and refine in us His Spirit, that our enthusiasm and commitment may radiate steadfastly every day, all year long. This we pray in the name of Emmanuel, Amen
